5. Customization Orders
PraMaan Print Studio specializes in custom printing solutions. The following terms apply to customized orders:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The minimum order quantity for all customized products is 20 pieces per design.
- Custom orders require a design upload. By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have obtained necessary licenses.
- PraMaan Print Studio reserves the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property rights, are offensive, or are otherwise inappropriate.
- Custom order production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation.
- Sample/proof images may be provided before bulk production. Final product colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to printing processes.
6. Orders & Payment
Order Placement:
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment receipt.
- We accept payments via:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (as supported by Razorpay)
- EMI options (where available)
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
- We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
- Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
Order Number: Each order is assigned a unique order number for tracking.
GST Invoice: GST invoices will be provided for all applicable orders.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value (terms as advertised).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, customizations, and other factors.
- We partner with reputable courier services for delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the provided address.
- For bulk/corporate orders, delivery timelines will be communicated separately.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is:
- Reporting Period: Returns/exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation (via tracking or delivery notification).
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized/personalized products (as they are made specifically for you)
- Items returned after the 24-hour window
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
- Intimate apparel, earrings, and similar products for hygiene reasons
- Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item Received: Contact us immediately with photos if you receive a wrong item.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
10. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs, logos, branding, and content on this platform are the exclusive property of PraMaan Print Studio and are protected by copyright laws.
- By uploading a design for custom printing, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the design or have the necessary rights to use it
- The design does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
- You have the authority to grant us permission to print the design
- PraMaan Print Studio shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted designs. Customers shall indemnify us against any claims related to intellectual property violations.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates intellectual property rights or is deemed inappropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PraMaan Print Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:
- Use of or inability to use our platform
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Any transaction conducted through our platform
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
