Returns are accepted only for damaged products. We do not offer returns or refunds for undamaged products or change-of-mind requests.
If your product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/videos of the damage, and a brief issue description. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
For approved damaged-product claims, refunds are processed after verification and credited to the original payment method as per standard processing timelines.
